Download the Cvent Events Mobile App
Available on both the App Store and Google Play. -
Search for "ConnexFM"
Once installed, open the app and search for "ConnexFM." Select the 2024 Mid-Year Conference event to load the event access. -
Log In
Use the name and email address you registered with to log in. -
Verify Your Identity
The first time you log in, you'll need to verify your identity. After entering your login details, you'll receive a text message with a verification code. Enter this code to complete your login. -
No Need to Re-Verify Every Time
You only need to verify your identity the first time. If you don’t use the app for 24 hours, you may be asked to log in and verify again. -

With the ConnexFM 2024 Mid-Year Conference mobile app, scheduling 1:1 meetings has never been easier. Here are some quick tips and best practices to ensure you get the most out of your networking:

Request Meetings Easily: You can request a 1:1 meeting from either the "Community" or "Agenda" sections of the app.

Meeting Status: Once you request a meeting, it will appear as "tentative" on both your calendar and your invitee's until they accept it. Be sure to confirm early!

Designated Meeting Times: Meetings are available during specific time blocks throughout the conference. Each meeting is set for 10-minute intervals—perfect for quick, focused conversations.

Invite More Participants: Need more than just a 1:1? You can include multiple people in your meeting. Just make sure to invite everyone at the start to avoid any confusion.

Avoid Double Booking: The app prevents double booking, so if you already have a tentative or confirmed meeting, you won't be able to schedule another one at the same time.

Manage Your Requests: To view all your pending meeting invitations, head to your profile in the top right corner and select "Appointment Requests."

Edit Your Meetings: If you need to make changes, open the meeting from your agenda and tap the three dots next to the meeting name to request adjustments.
