Search for “ConnexFM”, pick the 2025 Mid-Year Conference. If you already had the app, the event should automatically open when you scan the QR code.

Log in with your registered name and email.

Verify once - it’ll text you a code. If a mobile number is not on your registration, then it will email you the code as a backup.

MYC Networking Playbook: How to Schedule 1:1 Meetings
This year, attendees can schedule 1:1 meetings directly in the app. Dedicated 30-minute blocks have been set aside during non-conference event times, giving you plenty of opportunities to connect. Follow these tips to ensure a smooth experience:

Request meetings easily | Find someone in the Attendee section and send an invite for one of the available 30-minute slots.

Confirm acceptance | Invited meetings appear as “tentative” on both schedules until the invitee accepts. Once a time is reserved (tentative or confirmed), no other meetings can be booked in that slot, preventing double-booking.

Watch for notifications | Meeting invites trigger in-app notifications and, if push notifications are enabled, alerts to your phone. Keep an eye out for updates.

Check & manage requests | Review your pending meetings in your profile under “Appointments” section on the My Events page

Team up if needed | Want more than a 1:1? You can add multiple invitees to a meeting when you send the request.

Adjust as necessary | Need to reschedule? Tap the three dots next to your meeting and request a new time.
