Hosted Buyer Program

The Hosted Buyer Program provides qualified Facility Management professionals with the opportunity to attend the Mid-Year Conference, supported by ConnexFM. Specific requirements apply, and both FM Members and Non-Members can apply for this opportunity through registration. All Hosted Buyer registrations will require approval by ConnexFM before confirmation will be provided.

Housing information​

ConnexFM Mid-Year Conference will be hosted at the Galt House Hotel.

Rooms start at $199.00 plus tax.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

 

For room booking, a dedicated housing link will be sent in the event confirmation email after registration is complete.

 

The deadline to book housing is August 21, 2026. Guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

 Cancellations prior to September 1st, 2026 will be refunded less $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after September 1st, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.

 

MCI is the approved registration partner of ConnexFM 2026 Mid-Year Conference. Other companies advertising hotel bookings or attendee lists are fraudulent and not associated with ConnexFM. If you receive communication from any other party offering hotel bookings or attendee lists, please forward these to events@connexfm.com.
