Quick Connect is speed networking built specifically for the facilities management community. BackTrack AI transcription and note-taking tools is be available during Quick Connect, allowing FM members to record meetings and automatically generate notes and recaps for both Supplier and FM members attending. These notes are made available to particiapting attendees after the conference.
how it workED
The format is simple. Multi-site retailers and facility managers sit at tables throughout the room while suppliers rotate between them in three-minute exchanges. Each round gives both sides just enough time to introduce themselves, share key details, and gauge whether there's a fit worth following up on. During the exchange, the facility manager scans the supplier's badge, which starts tracking and AI-supported note-taking for the meeting from BackTrack.
