The famous KFC Yum! Center has partnered with ConnexFM to take you on an entertainment journey. Join us for our 2026 Mid-Year Conference Facility Tour as we pull back the curtain on the facility management operations that make this Kentucky landmark a can't-miss destination.
See what goes on behind closed doors. Ask how the building stays operational. Explore what keeps the KFC Yum! Center ticking right down to its bones. Take part in the tour and see for yourself!

The facility tour is an hour and a half long walking tour, and is connected to the hotel by a skybridge, so it’s nearby. Wear comfy shoes!
Curious about how it works? The facility staff are happy to tell you what you want to know about the over 720,000 square foot venue that hosts concerts, entertainment exhibits, and is the home field to the University of Louisville’s Cardinals.
We’ll have a chance to go behind-the-scenes and look at some of the technical aspects of managing the KFC Yum! Center.
