Join us for a classic conference highlight, Neighborhood Nexus, where you’ll go head-to-head against teams of your peers in an engaging, thought-provoking, outside-the-box challenge to win big.

one champion solution.
You’ll be on a team in one of four “Neighborhoods”, with each neighborhood vying to solve a simulated real-world FM problem. It could be any type of unique and chaotic situation, like hurricane preparation, managing locations under civil unrest, or even handling a major rat infestation. You’ll join one of four Kentucky-themed neighborhoods!
Your group will have to face friction with randomized team personalities and the unknown within each scenario to come up with the most optimal solution for how to handle it in a set amount of time.
A panel of judges will select which team in each neighborhood comes up with the optimal solution, and that team will go on to compete against the winners of the other four neighborhoods. The final winning team will be chosen by the audience and earn the coveted grand prize of a speaker position at an education session during the ConnexFM National Conference in 2027!
