Just like a good cigar and fine Kentucky Bourbon, we want to give you a warm welcome that you can share with fellow attendees and enjoy a memorable exchange over.
We’ll be hosting a special reception to kick off your stay with us at Louisville with Kentucky flavors, jaw-dropping scenery, toe-tapping music, and an evening full of energetic elegance.

Bring your derby best, smile for the camera, and place your bets for “Derby Night”! Take part in this robust evening ode to horse racing and FM excellence as we bring the spirit of Churchill Downs to this Derby-themed event. We’re bringing you a proper Kentucky sendoff with a chance to take part in a race, enjoy the creature comforts of a day at the track, and channel the conversation and energy of the Downs during our evening highlights.
