what is quick connect?

Quick Connect is speed networking built specifically for the facilities management community. Think of it like the starting gate at Churchill Downs. Everyone's lined up, ready to go, and in just a few minutes you'll know exactly which connections will be the best to pursue for the rest of the race.

how it works

The format is simple. Multi-site retailers and facility managers are seated at tables throughout the room while suppliers rotate from table to table in short, three-minute exchanges. Each round gives both sides just enough time to make an introduction, share the key details, and get a quick read on whether there's a fit worth following up on.

 

This includes:​

  • Who you are and what your company does

  • What services or coverage you need (FMs/retailers) or provide (suppliers)

  • Geographic footprint and relevant certifications

  • Whether there's enough alignment to keep the conversation going

 

If there's a match, swap contact info or connect through your mobile app and make a note to follow up. Not a fit right now? A quick exchange and a card swap will still keep the door open.

BackTrack AI transcription and note-taking tools will be available during Quick Connect, allowing FM members to record meetings and automatically generate notes and recaps.

Meet the needs of your facility on your time and terms.

Check in 15 minutes early. You'll have time to get settled, go through a quick orientation, and connect with fellow FMs before suppliers enter the room. 

FMs also control their own three-minute timer, so you can start each conversation when you're ready and at your own pace.
